Prayer before going to Sleep

STEPS:

Put on the Full Armor of GOD. (Read Ephesians 6:10-18.

Pray for GOD's Protection. (Read Psalms 27, 91 and 121)

Anoint yourself with your Anointing oil as the HOLY SPIRIT leads you daily and prior to going to sleep.

Remember to Pray Consistently. (Read 1 Thessalonians 5:17-19)

Heavenly Father, it is written according to the Book of Job 33:14-15, that “At night as we sleep, God speaks in dreams and visions.” Lord, it is also written in Matthew 13:25, “But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.” Heavenly Father, I call upon you now as it is written in Psalms 121:1-4,“I look to the mountains; where will my help come from? My help will come from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. He will not let you fall; your protector is always awake. The protector of Israel never dozes or sleeps.” 

Heavenly Father, as I lay my head to sleep I pray for your guidance and protection as it is written in Psalms 91:10, “and so no disaster will strike you, no violence will come near your home.” Heavenly Father, I confess, repent and renounce all sins that I committed against you through thoughts, words, deeds /action or inaction (delayed disobedience), whether knowingly or unknowingly, that may have given the enemy access to my dreams. Lord, in the Name of JESUS, I pray for your Grace, Mercy and Forgiveness for all of my sins, transgressions and iniquities in JESUS Name. By the Blood of JESUS, I cancel, renounce, reject, rebuke and nullify all demonic dreams and all demonic covenants and curses established in my dreams in JESUS Name. Heavenly Father, I pray that you nullify all of these curses according to your Word in Galatians 3:13 in JESUS Name. 

“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but Mighty through GOD to the pulling down of strongholds” according to 2 Corinthians 10:4. Therefore, Heavenly Father by the Blood of JESUS, I break all legal rights and grounds that give / have given the enemy a foothold or access to hijack my dreams in JESUS Name. Heavenly Father, I also pray Psalm 7:15 against any wicked plot / plan against my sleep and dreams, “let the wicked get caught in the traps they set for others” in JESUS Name. By the Blood of JESUS, may every demonic plot/plan against my sleep and dreams be completely destroyed and nullified now in JESUS Name. 

Lord, I cover my mind, my body, my soul and my spirit with the Blood of JESUS and I welcome the HOLY SPIRIT into my home, bedroom and environment to protect me as I sleep in JESUS Name. Lord it is written in Acts 1:8 “when the HOLY SPIRIT comes upon you, you will be filled with Power. LORD, cover me with the Power of the HOLY SPIRIT while I sleep and when I awake in JESUS Name. LORD keep me safe while I sleep as it is written in Psalm 4:8, “when I lie down, I go to sleep in peace; you alone, O Lord, keep me perfectly safe.” 

Behold the Glory of GOD.
